You keep ruining the good things.
You got the job you wanted, then started hunting for what's wrong with it. The relationship was working, until you pushed them away. You got within reach of the goal and quit at the 90% mark.
None of that makes you lazy or broken. Somewhere along the way you learned to sabotage yourself, and no one taught you how to stop.
I can help.
That's a pattern, not a character flaw. And patterns can be broken.
Your conscious mind wants success.
Your subconscious mind wants safety.
When those two disagree, guess who wins? (Hint: it's not the one reading self-help books.)
I use neuroscience-backed tools (hypnotherapy, NLP, nervous system work) to reprogram the part of you that keeps hitting the brakes.
No jargon, no therapy-speak, no "just think positive."
Results, not theory.
Because I'm not teaching theory.
I broke my own self-sabotage patterns, the hard way.
Now I help others skip the decade I spent figuring it out.

I spent years destroying many of the good things I built.
Opportunities I talked myself out of. Relationships I pushed away before they could leave me first. Projects I abandoned at the 90% mark, because finishing meant being seen.
I didn't know it had a name. I just thought something was wrong with me.
I learned early that being myself wasn't safe.
Growing up gay with a father who couldn't accept it, surviving bullying that taught me visibility = danger, losing my brother to addiction and my parents too soon. I built an entire operating system around one rule.
"Don't be too much. Don't want too much. Don't succeed too visibly."
That rule kept me safe once. Then it kept me stuck for more than twenty years.
I became obsessed with one question: why do smart people do things that hurt them?
I studied neuroscience. Trained in hypnotherapy. Got my hands on NLP, EFT, Psychodrama. Worked with hundreds of clients: CEOs, artists, parents, dreamers.
And I learned something that changed everything. Self-sabotage is protection, not stupidity. Your subconscious runs old software, trying to keep you safe the only way it knows how. Old software can be updated.
I help people stop ruining good things by reprogramming the part of them that keeps pulling the emergency brake. Willpower and "thinking positive" rarely touch that part. This does.
My approach is direct: no jargon, no therapy-speak, no spiritual bypassing. I'll tell you what I see. You'll do the work. Things will shift.
I'm not here to "fix" you. I'm here to help you see the pattern, the one that made sense once but is costing you now, and give you the tools to finally let it go.
You already have everything you need. I just help you stop blocking it.
